Thank you for shopping with Oakley Avenue! We want you to know exactly when to expect your order.

Processing Time

Made-to-Order Items: 4-6 business days

All of our products are custom-made or printed on demand. Once you place your order, we begin production immediately. Please allow 4-6 for us to create your item before it ships. If this is for a local pickup for our Sports Shops please allow 7-14 business days before pick up.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Times

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

Shipping times begin after your order has been produced and shipped from our facility.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

For example, if processing takes 2-6 business days and standard shipping takes 2-5 business days, your total delivery time would be 4-11 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We also ship to Canada and other international destinations - please allow additional time for customs processing.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the Herriman, Utah area. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready. Pickup location: 14523 S Yellow Topaz Dr Herriman, UT 84096.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over $75.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at oakleyavenue05@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
