Refund policy

At Oakley Avenue, we take pride in creating custom, made-to-order products specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are made to order based on your specific order. Once production begins, we cannot cancel, modify, or accept returns on these items.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we don't accept returns on made-to-order products, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at oakleyavenue05@gmail.com. We will:

  • Review your claim with photos of the damaged item
  • Replace the defective product at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible

Order Errors

If we made an error with your order (wrong item, incorrect personalization, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct our mistake at no cost to you by sending a replacement item.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
